RiverCliff Cabin Rates Page:

  • Weekday Cabin Rental (Sunday - Thurday) is $100/night
  • Weekend Cabin Rental (Friday - Saturday) is $110/night
    • Rates are based upon Double Occupancy
    • Weekend rates apply on all holidays
    • Each additional guest is $12.50/night
    • RiverCliff Cabin is "Pet Friendly" but you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Since we do allow pets you are responsible for your pets actions which include pooper scooper duty. Each pet is $12.50/night.
    • RESERVATION POLICY: To avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the number of days reserved. A deposit of 1/2 the total amount is required. Balance is due upon arrival. No refund due to early departures for any reason. Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to reservation arrival dates. If you do not request changes 14 or more days in advance of your registered arrival date we cannot guarantee that we can accomodate your changes at check in.
    • 10% Discount is available to all active or retired millitary personel with a valid ID.
    • 10% Discount is available to all active or retired UPS employee with a valid IDs.
    • We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and good condition of our CABIN; therefore, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the Cabin, grounds, dock, boat or the fire pit are left in a blatantly unreasonable condition or if there are missing towels, utensils, pots or pans. Please bring your own towels for fishing. NOTE: It is your responsibility to wash pots, pans and dishes.
    • This is our home away from home, and we hope you find it that way as well. Because of this, we ask that you respect our property as we will hold you responsible for any and all damages to furnishings or any other damage to the cabin and the grounds during your stay.
    • Boat Rental is available. Boat rental incudes boat, motor,1 tank of gas, 3 seats, PFD's, drag chain, 2 anchors, waiting for you in a boat stall in the cabin's private covered dock. This is available for $110 for a full day, or $65 for a half day. Please inquire with the RiverCliff Manager for the key. (Additional boats for rent can be arranged with prior notice.)
