RiverCliff: White River Fishing Resort is less than 5 minutes from several parks with playground equipment. Or take the Dam tour. Or go to Dam Site Park. Then go to the Gaston's Visitors Center that overlooks the whole Dam thing! (Must be at least 6 years old to go inside the dam.) Do not forget, the Number 1 Arkansas State Park is less than a mile away, if you feel like a little walk about! You do not have to stick to the cool water of the White River if you want to jump in Bull Shoals Lake, it is right up the road.

The $4.7 - million center is an environmental education learning center and feature interpretation of the river, dam and lake and their histories. State-of-the-art interpretive exhibits are in the lobby, along with a gift shop, and Johnboat Theater and Exhibit Hall, a 1,720-square-foot area filled with images of the river, lake and dam. An observation tower, gift shop, two classrooms and park offices are also a part of the center.

Local attractions from 1 mile to 77 miles away.

BESIDES THE BALD EAGLES NESTS ON TREE TOPS, AND THE RIVER CANYONS, THERE ARE MANY LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. SOME VERY CLOSE AND SOME ARE A DAY TRIP BETWEEN MORNING FISHING AND NIGHT FISHING!

1.5 miles down River Road is Gastons Resort. They have a lot to look at. A landing strip for small engine planes, peacocks and turkeys and other wild birds , a gift shop, and a restaurant that overlooks the water.

Norfork National Fish Hatchery releases trout into the White River. It is 72 miles from Bull Shoals Dam to Norfork Dam; but it's an education on fishes ; from egg to whopper, you'll never forget no matter what your age. Stop by the Wolf House landmark on the way.

Hi! I am Walt, the owner of Rivercliff. If you are staying at Rivercliff more than a weekend, you will not want to miss the Bullshoalscaverns.com. Formed 350 million years ago and still growing! But no matter how long you stay at Rivercliff cabin or Rivercliff Lodge, I promise you it is God's country. Pure evidence to show your children and grandchildren what a real vacation should be. If you are up for Big shows and entertainment we also have BRANSON 76.9 miles away from Rivercliff.

I almost forgot. If you like GOLF....Rivercliff Golf Course (no relation) is right around the corner and the last 9 holes are the most breathtaking you will ever swing through. But for me, I would rather be right here in my boat ($110 a day) or Kayaking ($35 each kayak.) Oh! and there is a taxidermy shop in Bull Shoals who will mount the trophy Brown like the one S.A. caught off our dock. The grandkids want me to say Beavers, Deers, Ground Hogs, and couches that turn into beds in front of the big flat screen after your campfire and hot shower.
